There’s 168 hours in a week. 168 hours in a "productive week" but 40 of those hours I was sitting at a desk, working in an office. 12 of those hours I spent on my commute to work. 49 of those hours I spent sleeping. And 26 of those hours I spent in the kitchen making dinner for my family.
