Easter Basket Ideas For Toddlers That They Will Love

easter basket ideas for toddlers

Before you know it Easter will be here and you’ll be looking for easter basket ideas for toddlers that they’ll actually like.

Growing up I loved celebrating easter- from the easter egg hunts to the crafts, Easter was easily one of my favorite Holidays. And of course, the fact that a huge “Easter Bunny” dropped off a basket with all my favorite things in it made me love it even more.

Last year we celebrated Sebastian’s first easter, and although he was only 9 months old and didn’t really understand what was going on, I still made him an easter basket.

Putting together an easter basket for babies and toddlers can be overwhelming, so I wanted to put together this post to make creating the ultimate easter basket easier for you. In this post I’m going to share what I gave Sebastian last year for easter (in case you have a kiddo under 1), ideas of what to give to toddlers, and the most creative easter baskets for toddlers I’ve seen on the internet!

Last year I didn’t give Sebastian much for easter- mostly snacks. When they’re at such a young age they don’t remember much so I didn’t want to stress myself out on “going all out” for his easter basket.

I tagged the items I bought for him below!

Chocolate Easter Egg – I got this at a local Brazilian grocery store. It’s always been a tradition to get one of these chocolate easter eggs in our household, and although Sebastian didn’t eat chocolate, I still wanted to continue the tradition. Can’t find this chocolate egg online 🙁
Little Bunny Book
Puppy Dog Pals Stuffed Animal
HappyTot Fiber & Protein Pouch
Sesame Street Organic Peanut Butter Puffs
Easter Bunny Ears
Carrot Chew Toy
Eggs Sorting Toys
Bunny Microphone Rattle

Now for what’s on my shopping list for this Easter:

Count & Match Egg Carton
Playdoh Eggs
Easter Egg Shakers
Easter Touch & Feel Book
Toddler Gardening Set
The Great Big Easter Egg Coloring Book
Yellow Rain Boots
Carrot Sorter Toy
Wooden Name Puzzle
Cocomelon Musical School Bus
Crayola Bath Dropz
My ABC’s Flashcards
Stuffed Bunny
Jack-In-The-Box Bunny

Of course besides these toys, you can also put snacks and candy (if you allow your child to eat candy) in your toddler easter basket! We’ll be adding again another chocolate egg this year and I’ll probably throw in some Peep Chicks for Sebastian to try out!

Now for the creativity… here are some of the most creative easter basket ideas for toddlers on the internet!
